Summary

The Acumatica Based ERP for Lite Distribution includes the Acumatica Small Business Edition. If  you have a small size company ( $3Mln - $10 Mln Revenue/year and about 5 - 10 staff people), and you just need a solid finance management system (General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) ), then you may be satisfied with the Acumatica Small Business Edition. You can always add other Acumatica Suites such as  distribution management (inventory of stock items, sales order management and purchase order management for stock items and non-stock items), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other Acumatica ERP applications such as Fixed Asset Management and Payroll as your company grows. But when you need more than 10 named users, you will need to upgrade to the advanced editions of Acumatica Finance suite and Acumatica Distribution suite. The Acumatica Mobile application is always included.

Companies who have outgrown Quickbooks or other small accounting systems but, are not ready for a full fledged ERP system, can purchase the Acumatica Small Business Edition.
