Summary

Tech support is given for each solution and service that we provide normally on a fixed quote basis. We do have managed service support plan that requires a monthly fee, and describes which support is included.

Tech Support for the Acumatica Based ERP Packages

  • Tech support for the Acumatica Based ERP Packages is structured as follows: 

    • The customer does need to pay the annual maintenance fee when deploying in a private cloud (PCS) or on premise (PCP). 

    • Premium support is available for an extra fee 

    • For very complex issues, Internet Customer Solutions will contact Acumatica Tech support
