The Acumatica Payroll application enables an employee to enter daily his/her work time via an employee portal. The manager can review the entered work time, approve the time sheet and then submit it for payroll processing . This application will automatically apply the withdrawals for federal and state tax, FICA, benefit contributions (health insurance, dental, vision, ..), unemployment and disability contributions. The application will print out the paychecks or submit them for electronic transfer to the employee's bank account.
It will also generate the W2s that are needed to file taxes.
The application will interface with time clocks or time attendance systems.
The payroll application will be available with the Acumatica ERP 2020R1 release at the end of March, 2020.
