Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Acumatica

The Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Acumatica enables you to do the following:

​While sending and receiving emails to or from other people, the add-in enables you to see for the recipient or the sender's email id, the following Acumatica information in MS Outlook:

  • Contact information

  • Opportunity information

  • Support case information

  • Creating an Accounts Payable bill

You can also create an opportunity or support case for the contact in Acumatica.

​

If the contact doesn't exist yet in the Acumatica ERP, you can create a contact in the Acumatica ERP.

Emails that are sent to that contact from MS Outlook, or later on received from that contact in MS Outlook will be automatically stored in the Acumatica CRM contact record. This means that you can continue to send and receive emails in MS Outlook as you are used to do. You may choose to do so since MS outlook provides also a powerful calendar, powerful integration with MS Sharepoint and MS Teams. All these contacts, emails, calendar events, documents and MS Teams communications are available in Microsoft mobile apps in your mobile devices! This is very powerful!
