Acumatica CRM Suite: Support Management Module/Workspace

The dashboard for the support manager shows an overview of the cases of his or her team. It is interesting to see what customized dashboards can be made. These dashboards can be made by non-IT people who learned to make Generic Inquiries. You can click on any icon or case to see details. This is the drill-down feature of the Acumatica dashboards, and enables you to get quickly to the root cause of the problem.
